projects02The City of Los Angeles widened the 1st Street Bridge over the Los Angeles River to provide a corridor for the MTA Gold Line from Downtown Union Station to Beverly and Atlantic Boulevards in East Los Angeles. The expansion impacted an historical mixed-use building containing artist lofts.

Paragon provided multi-disciplinary services for the permanent relocation of 70 residential and 20 business tenants, and temporary relocation of 17 residential occupants during preliminary construction activities.
