Decades of In-lieu Staff Services

Orange County Transportation Authority has depended on us for on call Right of Way services under multiple contracts since 1997.

Among the many projects our In-lieu Staff has facilitated are:

• Oso Parkway Improvement and
• I-5 North Widening project.

Our services include Relocation Assistance assignments to support disposal of excess properties.

Our responsibilities include:

• Management of Authority owned railroad rights of way
• Right of way acquisition with Caltrans coordination and oversight
• Right of way engineering
• Right of way certifications
• Encroachment resolution, clearance, and licensing
• Property management & maintenance
