San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) contracted with us under a Master Service Agreement to provide comprehensive Relocation Assistance for 5 years, an earthquake safety program, and Right of Way project management services for its Warm Springs Extension Project.

Our Services include:

• Acquisition and relocation assistance;
• Negotiations;
• Coordination with right of way engineering;
• Utility relocation according to the Caltrans Right of Way Manual; and
• Condemnation/ expert witness testimony
