Norm manages remote teams conducting all aspects of Right of Way and Real Estate consulting services at numerous client sites. During his 38-year career in the Right of Way and Real Estate consulting industry, he has managed multi-million dollar projects covering hundreds of properties in Texas, Louisiana, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Norm readily adapts to local cultures, helping him to efficiently resolve contentious issues with land owners, often without litigation.
