During 17 years of land acquisition and relocation experience, M. Lynn Green has provided hands-on acquisition, relocation, and project management services on numerous land acquisition projects for GDOT, NCDOT, Authorities of Charlotte Real Estate Division, Mecklenburg County Storm Water Services (NC), and 20+ airports in Georgia, North and South Carolina, and Texas. She has a strong working knowledge of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and resources which assists her and clients in implementing the Uniform Act, in addition to other federal regulations in association with the FHWA, FTA, FAA, and FEMA.
Ms. Green’s responsibilities include project management, pre-acquisition services, public outreach and leading property owner meetings, contacting property owners to include initial interviews, preparation and presentation of acquisition and relocation offer packages, negotiating with property owners, administrative settlements, assistance with closings, preparing and reviewing comparable housing determinations, relocation advisory assistance, appeals, file maintenance review and federal audits.
