Joel Sewell is one of the most forward-thinking professionals in the Right of Way and Real Estate consulting industry. An entrepreneur by nature, Joel co-founded Paragon Partners in 1993 to Advance the Industry through improved technology tools and processes. His successes toward this goal include the development of industry-leading software and GIS solutions, including our patented automated route costing tools, Web-based information management system and PDQ|Paragon Data Quest software applications.
As Executive Vice President, Joel is instrumental in managing large-scale projects throughout North America. He applies over 30 years of experience to achieve time-sensitive environmental, permitting, and construction deadlines for Right of Way and land acquisitions. During his career, he has represented public and private sector clients in California, Washington, Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, New Mexico, Texas, New England and Australia.
Joel has pursued his passion for technology by building a talented Information Technology team for Paragon Partners Consultants, Inc. Under Joel’s guidance, the team developed a PDQ / Paragon Data Quest, a Web-based information system that enables project teams to efficiently source, manage and access intellectual content vital to establishing Right of Way corridors and Real Estate infrastructure projects.
