Jim Lemont manages multiple long-term pipeline, communications, and regional multi-agency public works projects, providing innovative solutions to the various Right of Way and Real Estate issues that arise on a daily basis. Jim Advances the Industry through his professional, responsive approach to client service. By gaining a complete and clear understanding of a client’s needs, goals, schedule, and budget for a specific project, Jim successfully guides the team through the process of feasibility studies, site selection, appraisal review, acquisition, permitting, and relocation.
Prior to joining Paragon in 1998, Jim was a regional manager for a major railroad, responsible for selling and leasing surplus land and Right of Way properties in California and Arizona. He has managed numerous sales and acquisitions of industrial, commercial, and residential properties; and negotiated easements, licenses, and permits.
