Cheryl DeMucci, SR/WA, R/W-RAC, is an experienced, energetic project manager who has been involved in all aspects of right of way project delivery including cost estimates, appraisal, acquisition and relocation services. She is dedicated to achieving client objectives and is consistently focused on meeting strict deadlines and budgets. She is also highly familiar with the Uniform Act and Caltrans regulations, including the requirements for right of way certification. She has participated in HUD relocation training to ensure adherence to and the proper execution of URA policies. Ms. DeMucci works with residents throughout the entire relocation process to ensure access to eligible benefits and services, remove barriers to successful relocation and coordinate physical moves. Beyond her considerable community outreach skills, Ms. DeMucci works attentively with property owners and displacees to clearly articulate project goals, benefits and expectations. Through the IRWA and Project Management Institute, she continually expands her skills and industry and regulatory knowledge.
