Manny Lopez, a resident of Alaska since 1980, is an avid Right of Way professional with over 30 years of multidisciplinary experience. As Regional Manager of Paragon Partners’ Alaska office, he applies skills in negotiation and acquisition; right of way engineering; relocation; title investigation and analysis; project management; and, knowledge of state, federal, and local permitting. Manny works to Advance the Industry by utilizing new technology tools to increase efficiencies in project development and tracking, contributing to the successful completion of complex projects important to Alaska’s future.

Manny believes that higher education and continual professional development are essential. He has held leadership positions in the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and is conference co-chair for its IRWA Alaska 2017 Conference. He is very knowledgeable about Alaska Native concerns. As needed, he skillfully reaches out to affected landowners and conducts meetings, sometimes using his Spanish language skills.

Previously, Manny worked for the Bureau of Land Management, State of Alaska DOT, and for a natural gas utility. He blends his public and private sector experience to achieve the best results in negotiating acquisitions of land parcels and easements and providing relocation services, agency permitting, property management, leasing, appraisal, and condemnation services.
