Bill McCawley is responsible for Paragon Partners’ financial management, administration, and operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. In his role as Vice President of Finance and Administration, he manages project cost reporting essential to the successful delivery of Right of Way and Real Estate consulting services to public and private sector clients. Bill Advances the Industry through his disciplined approach to protecting the best financial interests of clients, as well as the firm.
With over 30 years of experience in financial management, Bill ensures that our firm’s financial systems are in compliance with GAAP and federal contract regulations (FARs). He manages federal compliance and incurred cost audits in conjunction with our large-scale projects, such as for the Alameda Corridor-East (ACE) Construction Authority Project. He also provides financial oversight for all of Paragon Partners’ projects.
