Setup Tree View
Full Text Window

To setup the Tree View is from the Select a Data View Type window.

If the Data Source Name (DSN) hasn't assigned to the project, then click on ODBC button to assign the DSN before setting the Index Fields View or Tree View.

To start the Tree View setup is to select the Tree View radio button and click the Next button.

	Save and Next Page
	Final Check

To setup the Full Text Window for Tree View must be after the Document Data Window setup. The Full Text Window is an optional setting in the end of Image Window setup.

To get on Full Text Window screen needs to select and click the Next button to the Image Window setup screen first.

Then, click the Next buttons till the Multiple-Page Image Type and Full Text Option window.

 If the checkbox of Display Full Text for the Image Document is checked and click the Next buttons, then the Full Text Window setup screen appears.

The purpose of the Full Text Window setting is to tell the Paragon Data Viewer where the  Image Full Text File Location is and the data relationship in between the Image Window and the Full Text Window.

The first step is to define the Full Text File location. Select the data table name from the Select Database Tables window. Click the Next button to select the Database Fields for the Full Text location.

The Full Text File location is the Full Path Name of the Full Text File. It should contain the storage drive name, path name and file name. For example, N:\PDS\FullText\4N000123.TXT is a full path name. The N: is the drive name. The PDS\FullText\ is the path name and the 4N000124.TXT is the file name. 

It's same as the Image Location setup. The data relationship in between Image Window and Full Text Window must be linked with record keys. Then  the Paragon Data Viewer knows how to find the Full Text file from the Image File file using the linking key. The linking key must be selected, but do not check it on the checkbox. To link key data to the Document Data Window is to click Next button.

To add a Relationship Line is to click the plus sign button. Double-click the blank cell in the Image Fields column to select a Key Field name from the dropdown. Double-click the blank cell in the Image Text Field column to select a Key Field name from the dropdown. Then click the Next button to save the setting and continue.

If the full text file location exists in the Document Data View, then the setup for the key linkage is not necessary. In this case, check on the checkbox of Don't link! The full text location is in Document Data View, the Paragon Partners Viewer can find the Full Text Location faster in this way. Click the Next button to save the setting and continue.

This is end of Full Text Window setup in the FieldsTree View. Click the Next button to setup the Customer Pop-up Window.
