button.

The Document Image Location must be stored in a database
table. To select a
table containing the path name and file name of the image files information is to highlight the table name, then click on the
button or just double-click on the table name from the Select Database Tables
window.

An image Full Path Name contains the storage drive name, path name and file name. For example, N:\PDS\Images\4N000123.TIF is a full path name. The N: is the drive name. The PDS\Images\ is the path name and the 4N000124.TIF is the file name.
If the database table has the image full path name field, then select that field. Sometimes, it's necessary to combine more than one fields to form the image full path name. Then, select the field names in drive name, path name and file name order.

In order to build a valid full path name, the Attachment button is very helpful. For example, the database drive field contains N:. The path name contains PDS\Images and the file name contains 4N000123.TIF. Combining three fields together, the full path name will be N:PDS\Images4N000123.TIF, which is an invalid path name. By clicking the Attachment button for drive field and path field to add the \ attachment in the end of the field, then the full path name will become N:\PDS\Images\4N000123.TIF.

In other words, the Paragon Data Viewer needs to know how to find the Image File full path name from the Document data when a user click on the item in the Document Data Window. Therefore, a linking key must be selected from the Image Window, but do not check it on the checkbox. If a checkbox is checked, the field is for the Image File full path name. For example, the Documents.Document_ID is a linking key field. It is selected but unchecked.
To link key data to the Document Data Window is to click Next
button.
