PDS - Release Module toolbar descriptions

The toolbar contains the basic functions in PDS OCR. Each item is selected (activated) by single-clicking on the icon.

Exit
Clicking this button closes the PDS OCR Module.

Release Batches
Clicking this button starts the Release process.

Event Window on Bottom
Clicking this button arranges the PDS Release page with the Batches to be Processed and Document List windows arranged evenly, and the Event Logs window sized larger for ease of viewing.

Default Tile Windows
Clicking this button arranges the PDS Release page with the Batches to be Processed and Document List windows arranged evenly, and the same height as the Event Logs window.

Batch Window on Left
Clicking this button arrange the PDS Release page with the Batches to be Processed window maximized to the largest available vertical size, and the Document List window arranged above the Event Logs window which is sized larger for ease of viewing.

View Image
Clicking this button will add an Image Viewer window to any of the three OCR page layouts above. This viewer will show the image of any document in the scanned batch.

Options Setup
Clicking this button will bring up a window that will allow customized settings in the following categories:
  • Document Pages Output Options
  • Output File Naming
  • OCR Processing
  • Output Format

Clicking this button will show summary information about the batch.

About PDS
Clicking this button will bring up a summary window containing Version, Copyright, and License information.
