PDS - OCR Module toolbar descriptions
The toolbar contains the basic functions in PDS OCR. Each item is selected (activated) by single-clicking on the icon.

Exit Clicking this button closes the PDS OCR Module. .. |

OCR
Batches Clicking this button starts the OCR process, causing either all batches or selected batches in the Batches to be Processed window to be OCR'd. .. |

Close
Batch Clicking this button closes the batch that was OCR'd and gets it ready for the next step in the processing sequence. .. |
 |
Event
Window on Bottom Clicking this button will arrange the PDS OCR page with the Batches to be Processed, Document List, and Output Folder windows arranged evenly, and the Event Logs window sized larger for ease of viewing. Default
Tile View Clicking this button will arrange the PDS OCR page with the Batches to be Processed window wider than the Document List and Output Folder windows, and the same height as the Event Logs window. [Click here for sample image] (Click the sample image to return to this page) .. |

Batch
Window on Left Clicking this button will arrange the PDS OCR page with the Batches to be Processed window maximized to the largest available vertical size, and the Document List and Output Folder windows arranged evenly above the Event Logs window which is sized larger for ease of viewing. View
Image Clicking this button will add an Image Viewer window to any of the three OCR page layouts above. This viewer will show the image of any document in the scanned batch. [Click here for sample image] (Click the sample image to return to this page) .. |

Setup Clicking this button will bring up a window that will allow customized settings in the following categories:
