PDS - OCR Module menubar descriptions

The menu bar at the top of the PDS OCR screen contains a variety of options that have been logically grouped together. Single-clicking on the word will reveal the drop-down menu for each logical grouping.

	File Printer Setup - brings up the default printer setup window. Exit - closes the Paragon Data Suite OCR Module.
	OCR OCR Batches - OCR's the Batches in the Batches to be Processed Window. OCR a Document - OCR's a particular document in the Document List Window. Close Selected Batch - closes the batch that is selected. OCR Setup ... - brings up the OCR Settings window. Batch Setup Information ... - brings up information on PDS Index, Import, OCR, Release, and FTS. Document Counts in Batches ... - brings up a summary window of the number of images and documents in a batch. Fetch OCR Batches from Job Queue - obtains OCR Batches from the job queue.
	Event Logs Print Event Logs ... - prints the information in the Event Logs. Clear Event Logs - erases the information in the Event Logs. Display Batch Event History - displays the batch event history.
	View Batch Window - opens or highlights the Batch Window. Document List Window - opens or highlights the Document List Window. Output Window - opens or highlights the Output Window. Event Status Window - opens or highlights the Event Status Window. Document Image Window - opens or highlights the Document Image Window. Event Window on Bottom - arranges the PDS OCR page with the Batches to be Processed, Document List, and Output Folder windows arranged evenly, and the Event Logs window sized larger for ease of viewing. Batch Window on Left - arranges the PDS OCR page with the Batches to be Processed window wider than the Document List and Output Folder windows, and the same height as the Event Logs window.  Batch Window on Top - arrange the PDS OCR page with the Batches to be Processed window maximized to the largest available vertical size, and the Document List and Output Folder windows arranged evenly above the Event Logs window which is sized larger for ease of viewing. External Document Image Viewer ... - opens the external Document Image Viewer so you can view the whole image while using the OCR Verification mode. View OCR Edit and Image Side by Side - opens both the OCR Edit and Image windows side by side.
..	Window Cascade - arranges the windows in the OCR module in a cascade fashion. Tile - arranges the windows in the OCR module in a tile fashion. 1,2,3,4 ... - lists the windows that are open in the OCR module.
	Help Help Topics ... - opens the available help topics. Technical Support - displays information on how to reach us for Technical Support. Manuals on Web ... - provides a path to PDS manuals on Paragon Partners' website. Paragon Partners on Web ... - provides a path to Paragon Partners' website. Questions or Report Errors ... - opens an email window for entry of questions or to report errors. The email address is auto-entered. About Paragon Data Suite ... - shows a summary window with information about each PDS section. About PDS OCR Module ... - shows a summary window containing Version, Copyright, and License information.
