HOW to Process Batches Automatically
Click the OCR Button on the toolbar or select OCR on the menu bar and select OCR Batches from the drop down menu.
This will start the OCR process for either the Selected Batches or All Batches (which depends on the settings you have selected) available in the Batches to be Processed window.
Upon completion of the OCR process the Batches to be Processed and Documents to be Processed windows will clear and the Event Logs window will show the details related to the OCRing of the document(s) and/or batch(es).
Pre-clicking the Auto Close option will cause the OCR Module to automatically close the batch upon completion of the OCR process.
Pre-clicking the Auto Run option will cause the OCR Module to automatically start the OCR process.
Upon closing the batch (either through the Auto Close option or by clicking the Close icon on the toolbar) the batch will be passed to the next step in the job sequence, usually the release module.
