Viewing or Setting View Options

To set the View Options on PDViewer, Select the View Menu Option.

The View Menu Option displays the following options:

You can Turn On or Off the Toolbar by clicking the Toolbar SubMenu Option.

When the Toolbar option is clicked on, the Toolbar will appear on the PDViewer main screen; otherwise, it will not appear.

You can Turn On or Off the Status Bar by clicking the Status Bar Submenu Option.

When the Status Bar option in clicked on, the Status Bar will appear at the bottom of the PDViewer main screen; otherwise, it will not appear.

The PDV Status Bar displays information about the Image you are currently Viewing, more specifically: The Project Name, Volume ID if any, the Image File, the page and the number of pages within the Document, the Current System Date and Time.

To View the Maximum Image View,

On the View menu, click Maximum Image View. The Maximum Image View eliminates the Data Information so the Image is the only item being displayed on the main screen.

In addition, the View Menu changes. Where the selection was Maximum Image View, it now reads View Image With Data Fields.

To restore the View to include the Data Fields, click View Image With Data Fields.

To change the Index Field View from Index View to a Tree View ,

On the View menu, click TreeView.

The Tree View allows images to be searched and selected as an Image File rather than as an Index. Clicking on to the Folders, displays the Folders contents. The items in the Folders can be clicked to display the Image or in the case of additional folders, display further content.

Once the Tree View is displayed, to return to the Index View,

On the View menu, click IndexView

Clicking on to the IndexView, restores the Viewer to display the Document Search by Index.
