Projects

A PDV Project is established at the time Documents are Scanned by using the Paragon Data Scan application.

To Open a Project

On the File menu, click Open Project. The Open Window appears:

The Open Window displays the Projects you have created. Clicking onto any Project Name in the List Box, will Display the Project in the File Name Text box, Or type the Project Name in the File Name Text Box and

Click Open to open the project into PDV

Click Delete to remove the Project from your Project List

Click Close to exit the Open Project window without opening a Project

To Save a Project

On the File menu, click Save Project. The Save Window appears:

The Save Window displays the Projects that already exist. Clicking onto any Project Name in the List Box, will Display the Project in the File Name Text box to overlay an existing project, Or type the a new or existng Project Name in the File Name Text Box to create a new Project or overlay an exisiting Project, and

Click Save to save the project

Click Delete to remove the Project from your Project List. Note: If project does not exist, nothing will be deleted.

Click Close to exit the Save Project window without saving a Project

Printer Setup

To set Printer Options

On the File menu, click Printer Setup

The standard Windows Printer Setup Screen:

The Printer Setup gives the user the options to Select a Printer, to Size the paper that is to be used in the Printer, to select a Print Tray or Source and to select the print Orientation.

Click OK to save your Printer Settings. The saved options will be used whenever an image is printed.

Click Cancel to exit without saving any changes.

To Print an Image in the Image View Area,

On the File menu, click Print

To Exit the Paragon Data Viewer,

On the File menu, click Exit
