Multiple Pages

Some image types such as the TIFF Multipage have multiple pages within the same singular image file. Only One (1) Page at a time is displayed in the Image View Area. To View these Multiple Pages, select the Image, click the Image Menu and select from one of the following:

When you click on View Multiple Pages, the Thumbnail screen appears displaying the pages contained within the Image:

Displays Number of Images File Name Close Setup

And allows the user to

Peruse Images

Peruse Buttons

If the Image file contains many Documents, the peruse buttons allows the user to move to different pages and to list more pages if the maximum display is exceeded.

File Name

The File Name field displays the Image File Name.

Close

Close exits the user from this screen.

Setup

Setup takes the user to the Thumbnail Setup screen which allows modification of how the Thumbnail images are displayed.

To View the Previous Page of a Multi-page image,

Click Previous Page and the preceeding Page from the Page that is currently being displayed in the Image View Area will now be displayed.

To View the Next Page of a Multi-page image,

Click Next Page and the proceeding Page from the Page that is currently being displayed in the Image View Area will now be displayed.

To View the First Page of a Multi-page image,

Click First Page and the First Page of the Image will be displayed in the Image View Area.

To View the Last Page of a Multi-page image,

Click Last Page and the Last Page of the Image will be displayed in the Image View Area.

To view a specific page of a Multi-page image,

Click Goto Page and the Page Selection Window will appear. By using the Scroll Bars or entering in a Page Number, that specific Page will be displayed in the Image View Area.
