Larre K. Sloan, joins PARAGON PARTNERS Ltd.

PARAGON PARTNERS Ltd. OPENS TULSA, OKLAHOMA OFFICE AND APPOINTS LARRE K. SLOAN AS VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL COUNSEL

Paragon Partners Ltd. announces the opening of its new Tulsa, Oklahoma office and the appointment of Larre K. Sloan as its Vice President and General Counsel.

Paragon is a land rights consulting company that provides right-of-way/real estate acquisition, consultation and project management services to utilities, municipalities, railroads, federal, state and local agencies, and telecommunication, pipeline and oil and gas companies. Paragon has existing offices in Huntington Beach and Sacramento, California. Mr. Sloan will be responsible for managing the operations and legal affairs of the new Tulsa office.

Mr. Sloan joins Paragon Partners after 18 years of pipeline and telecommunications industry experience with companies such as Santa Fe Pacific Pipelines, Williams Pipeline Company, MAPCO and Williams Communications, Inc. His industry experience includes project organization and execution, easement, lease and franchise acquisition, title examination, dispute resolution and claims settlement, asset acquisitions and divestitures, condemnations, due diligence and feasibility studies. Immediately prior to joining Paragon, Mr. Sloan managed the Land & Records group for Williams Communications where he was responsible for managing and acquiring all property rights for Williams' nationwide fiber network expansion.
