Paragon’s largest energy projects have involved linear right
of way, such as the long corridors required for pipelines. Paragon has obtained
right of way over thousands of miles for a variety of pipeline projects. These
projects have been routed through multiple states, across deserts, mountains, in
coastal areas and in urban, residential and industrial zones. Each of these
areas have required specialized services for permitting and franchise
acquisition as well as fee and easement acquisitions.
Electrical transmission and distribution lines also involve
long, linear rights of way. Renewable energy sources such as wind and solar,
while requiring land for the generation areas, also require linear rights of way
to bring the energy from the generation sources to the areas where the energy is
consumed.
