    Diamond Valley Lake is the largest (880,000 feet-acres) reservoir in Southern California.
    Land acquired for the project exceeded $360 million.

    Services Provided

    Services have included oversight and/or performance of the following:

    • Obtaining right of entry permits
    • Appraisal
    • Acquisition
    • Property management services.
    • Mineral ownership search and title clearance for 10,000 acres of reservoir and mitigation lands.
