Client: Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) Project Name: Manchester Square / Belford Area FAA Noise Mitigation Program Project Description
The Manchester Square/Belford Area Noise Mitigation Program involves the voluntary relocation of up 2,240 dwelling units, of which approximately 2,000 are apartment units and 240 single-family residences. The project is part of an FAA Part 150 program that allows voluntary acquisition of both single-family residential units and multi-family units within the program’s noise contour area. Paragon provides residential relocation services and administers business benefits for residential landlords who sell their property to LAWA. Relocation services are provided in accordance with Public Law 91-646, “Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act, of 1970 as amended; 49 CFR Part 24, “Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition for Federal and Federally – Assisted Programs,” and Federal Aviation Administrator Order 5100.37A, “Land Acquisition and Relocation Assistance for Airport Projects.”
