Paragon has provided real estate/Right of Way in-lieu-of staff consultant services for OCTA and on call Right of Way services under multiple contracts for over 13 years. Responsibilities include providing management of Authority owned railroad Rights of Way and other properties and providing Right of Way support services. Recent Project Assignments include Oso Parkway Improvement and the I-5 North Widening Projects and Relocation Assistance assignments to support disposal of excess properties.
