North End Projects – Washington Blvd./Santa Fe Avenue Grade Separation; Redondo Junction Flyover; UPRR Rail Improvements; the Washington Blvd./BN&SF Grade Separations; and a Grade Separation at the UPRR crossing of Perrino Place.

Project Description

The Alameda Corridor is a 20-mile, $2.4 billion consolidated grade separated rail corridor connecting the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach to the rail network east of downtown Los Angeles. Paragon provided Right of Way acquisition services for highway and rail grade separation and improvement projects on and off the National Highway System pursuant to FHWA and Caltrans procedures. The North End projects impacted over 300 parcels. Paragon acquired full and part takes, railroad, access and utility easements, and temporary rights and relocated businesses displaced by acquisition of the full takes.
